81800 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using 81800's services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Effective Date: January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 81800 platform.
1Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 81800 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
Use of the 81800 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration;
- A Malaysian citizen or resident eligible under local laws;
- Not appearing on any prohibition or sanctions list imposed by the relevant authorities;
- Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
81800 reserves the right to decline or terminate the registration of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, without prior notice.

2Account Creation, Security & Account Policy
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 81800 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. 81800 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends.
If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact the 81800 support team immediately. We are not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
81800 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: fraudulent or suspicious activity, violation of these terms, use of multiple accounts, or at the user's own request.
Any valid credit balance in an account closed at the user's request will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures within a reasonable timeframe. However, accounts closed due to a breach of these terms may not be eligible for withdrawal of any outstanding balance.
3User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
By using the 81800 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or artificially generated systems to interact with the platform;
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity;
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party without written authorisation;
- Spreading false or misleading information to other users or to 81800.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's systems or infrastructure;
- Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass restrictions;
- Using a credit card or payment account that does not belong to you;
- Initiating chargebacks or unauthorised payment reversals with financial service providers.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account closure, balance freezing, and where necessary, legal proceedings.
4Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 81800 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods listed in the platform's deposit section.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. Any delays caused by third-party systems or verification procedures are beyond 81800's control.
Withdrawal of funds is processed in accordance with the platform's standard procedures and may require additional identity verification for amounts exceeding certain limits. 81800 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by banks or third-party financial service providers during the withdrawal process.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details submitted for withdrawals are accurate. 81800 is not liable for funds transferred to an incorrect account as a result of errors in the information provided by the user.

5Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 81800 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss or loss of opportunity.
All content on the 81800 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 81800 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Unauthorised use of 81800's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal legal action.
The 81800 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. 81800 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6Changes to Terms & Governing Law
81800 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or through their registered email address.
Continued use of the 81800 platform following the publication of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the 81800 platform or this document shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to refer the matter to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
